We buy all properties and assist investors in developing their own UK Portfolios.
Having built a successful business developing property and an extensive network of trades and business contacts, we aim to grow the business from £4 million to £12 million by 2025.
John Morley, Director
John worked as an Art Director in the design industry before moving to the building sector in 2010, when he set up Whitstable Nest: a design and build company, specialising in residential and commercial builds and conversions.
In 2021 John started working with Ollie Youlls, as business partners, forming MY Estate Holdings, (M for Morley, Y for Youlls).
Ollie Youlls, Director
Since 2001 Ollie’s property career has seen him accumulating a £5M portfolio of Buy-to-Lets, before focussing on development. Now, partnering with John Morley as MY Estate Holdings, he is focused on building to rent projects, including residential serviced accommodation and commercial high street properties.
Robert Wells, Manager
As a seasoned senior project manager in construction, known for his expertise in overseeing complex projects from start to finish, Rob’s deep knowledge of construction methodologies and regulations, allows him to efficiently manage budgets, timelines, and resources. Rob’s leadership fosters collaboration among multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless communication and the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
